01
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the services offered by Prefly, an online platform enabling travelers to obtain a temporary flight reservation with a verifiable PNR, intended to support a visa application, whose registered office is located at 58, rue des Frères Ligherini, Casablanca (Morocco).
Any order placed on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
02
Purpose of the Service
Prefly exclusively provides the Customer, for a limited period of 48 hours, with a temporary flight reservation containing a booking number (PNR) which, during its validity period, makes it possible to verify the existence and status of the reservation through the reservation system or, where technically possible, through the relevant carrier.
The service provided is documentary and technological in nature. Its sole purpose is to enable the Customer to have proof of an airline reservation when such proof is required or useful in connection with an administrative procedure, in particular a visa application, or by any other organization or third party.
The service offered concerns round-trip reservations only. One-way reservations are not offered.
The itinerary search is carried out based on the destination city indicated by the Customer. In order to provide the most suitable itinerary, Prefly reserves the right to select the airports, airlines, and routes it considers appropriate.
The service does not constitute the sale, purchase, issuance, or delivery of an airline ticket or any other transport document. The reservation provided does not grant the Customer any right to transportation and does not, by itself, allow boarding on the relevant flight.
If the Customer wishes to make the trip corresponding to the reservation provided, the Customer must purchase an airline ticket directly from the airline or another provider of their choice before the reservation expires.
The reservation is strictly temporary and valid for a maximum period of 48 hours from its creation. At the end of this period, the reservation expires and may be automatically cancelled or released in accordance with the operation of the relevant reservation system. The Customer must under no circumstances consider this reservation as an airline ticket or as a reservation intended to be maintained until the flight date.
Prefly does not guarantee the acceptance or favorable outcome of a visa application, administrative procedure, or any other process for which the proof may be used. The decision rests exclusively with the administration, embassy, consulate, visa center, airline, or any other competent organization or third party.
The Customer is responsible for verifying, before placing any order, that presenting a temporary reservation valid for 48 hours meets the requirements of the administration, embassy, consulate, visa center, or any other organization to which the Customer intends to submit the proof.
The Customer acknowledges having been clearly informed, before validating the order, of the documentary nature of the service, the maximum validity period of 48 hours, the absence of any right to transportation, and the temporary nature of the reservation.
03
Pricing
The price of the service is set at 139 MAD including tax per person for a round-trip reservation.
04
Payment
Payments are made online by bank card via Payzone, a secure payment service provider approved by Bank Al-Maghrib.
Prefly does not retain any banking information of its customers.
05
Delivery
After the order is validated, Prefly undertakes to deliver the temporary reservation with its PNR within a maximum period of 30 minutes.
The reservation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The Customer is responsible for checking the information appearing on the reservation upon receipt and for downloading, printing, or using the proof before its validity period expires.
Prefly cannot be held responsible for the normal expiration of the reservation after its delivery.
06
Liability
Prefly's liability is strictly limited to providing the ordered service in accordance with these GTC.
Prefly does not guarantee that the reservation provided will be accepted by an embassy, consulate, visa center, administration, or any other organization or third party. Requirements concerning travel documents may vary depending on the country, competent authorities, and individual circumstances.
Consequently, Prefly cannot be held responsible for a visa refusal, a request for additional documents, processing delays, an unfavorable administrative decision, or any other decision taken by an authority or third-party organization.
The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure, before placing any order, that the service offered by Prefly meets the requirements of the administrative procedure they intend to undertake.
Prefly cannot likewise be held responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
07
Refunds
A refund is only possible if the PNR provided cannot be verified under the conditions of the service, within a maximum period of 48 hours following its delivery.
In such case, the Customer must contact contact@prefly.ma to report the issue and provide the information necessary to verify the request.
No refund will be granted in the event of an error in the information provided by the Customer, particularly regarding the last name, first name, destination, or any other information entered when placing the order.
No refund may likewise be claimed due to the normal expiration of the reservation after the 48-hour validity period or because the proof was not accepted by an embassy, consulate, visa center, administration, or any other third-party organization.
08
Personal Data
The personal data collected is used solely for the provision of the service and is processed in accordance with Prefly's Privacy Policy.
09
Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. Failing an amicable agreement within sixty (60) days from the first meeting between the Parties intended to resolve the dispute, the Parties may refer the matter to the competent court of Casablanca.
10
Amendments to the GTC
Prefly reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new provisions will enter into force upon their publication on the website.
